International Welfare Business Entrepreneur Association (IBEA) is officially registered with the Social Affairs Bureau (PPM) of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Malaysia and registered with the General Public Security Bureau of Guangdong Province, China.

IBEA Ladies Alliance Organization
The International Business Entrepreneur Association (IBEA) has established a women’s alliance known as the IBEA Ladies Alliance Organization (IBEA-WLAG).
This alliance unites women aged 21 and above from 72 different fields.
Purpose: To promote women’s entrepreneurship and employment, encourage continuous learning and self-improvement, unlock personal potential, stimulate creativity, and strengthen execution—empowering women to become outstanding leaders.
IBEA Youth Alliance Group (IBEA-YAG)
The International Business Entrepreneur Association (IBEA) has established a youth alliance, known as the IBEA Youth Alliance Group (IBEA-YAG).
This alliance unites young people aged 21 to 40 years old across 72 different fields.
Purpose: To promote youth entrepreneurship and employment, encourage continuous learning and self-development, unlock potential, stimulate creativity, and strengthen execution—empowering young people to become outstanding leaders of the future.
