It serves as a global platform that promotes business matchmaking, interaction, learning, personal growth, and corporate development. In addition, IBEA organizes the World Outstanding Entrepreneurs & Brand Awards Ceremony annually to honor exceptional entrepreneurs, outstanding brands, and distinguished individuals from Asia, Malaysia, and around the world, presenting them with prestigious ISO awards for their achievements.

IBEA Youth Alliance Group (IBEA-YAG)
The International Business Entrepreneur Association (IBEA) has established a youth alliance, known as the IBEA Youth Alliance Group (IBEA-YAG).
This alliance unites young people aged 21 to 40 years old across 72 different fields.
Purpose: To promote youth entrepreneurship and employment, encourage continuous learning and self-development, unlock potential, stimulate creativity, and strengthen execution—empowering young people to become outstanding leaders of the future.
